Dear Parents, Teachers, Parishioners, and Friends of SSP School,
Happy Friday and welcom/documents/2025/11/Friday%20Notes%20NOV%207%202025.pdfe to the weekend!
What a week it has been! We’ve had several substitutes in classrooms as the season of tummy aches and sore throats begins. In Kindergarten, new routines are underway—and as you know, kindergartners are creatures of habit!
Mrs. Shelley Cade is serving as a long-term substitute during Mrs. Lorenz’s family leave, and Mrs. Keenan is currently on a two-week bereavement leave overseas. Please keep both of these dedicated educators and their families in your thoughts and prayers.
Adding to the week’s uniqueness was the “biggest supermoon” since 2019—the Beaver Moon! While some may call it superstition, those of us in the trenches can attest to the atmospheric interference (and we’re not even meteorologists!). We’re now 94% through this lunar phenomenon, with two more supermoons to come before the close of 2025 and the dawn of 2026.
As always, let’s keep one another in prayer.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. John the Baptist, St. Stephen Protomartyr, and St. Carlo Acutis—pray for us!
