Dear Parents, Teachers, and Friends of Saint Stephen Protomartyr School,
Happy Friday and welcome to the weekend! It’s hard to believe we’re just one week away from turning another calendar page and greeting November.
Over the past two days, my heart has been smiling. From my perch in the office—chilly, but perfectly placed—I had the joy of witnessing the beautiful interactions during Parent-Teacher Conferences. The conversations between parents and teachers on the main floor were uplifting, and I especially appreciated the spontaneous hallway conferences with families and the “Glorias”—Gloria Openlander and Gloria Seper. As many of you have come to know, these two are lifelong learners and deeply committed to your children’s success. Their dedication is evident in everything they do.
What I saw this week were true partnerships being formed. I personally cherished the one-on-one, face-to-face conversations I had with so many of you. Thank you for your trust—in me, in our exceptional teaching staff, and most importantly, for entrusting your most precious treasure to Saint Stephen Protomartyr School.
I hope your children enjoyed their mini Fall Break and return refreshed and ready for the weeks ahead.
Paz de Dios,
Señor Medellin-Sturgill
